Care Alliance Health Center is the leading provider of primary health care and comprehensive dental services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, living in public housing, and uninsured or underinsured in Cleveland, Ohio.
The mission of Care Alliance is to provide high-quality comprehensive medical and dental care, patient advocacy and related services to people who need them most, regardless of their ability to pay.
Care Alliance Health Center is made up of a team of dedicated and
hard working professionals committed to fulfilling our mission of providing care
to those who would otherwise go without. Our Patients are not just the people we
serve, they hold Care Alliance together. They provide input and direction to Care
Alliance both formally, as members of our consumer advisory boards, and informally in the day-to-day interactions with our staff.
Our Providers are passionate about working with underserved populations, recognizing the need to provide care in a non-judgmental and holistic manner.
