One of the worst foods to have in your system are those that are high in saturated fats and trans fats. You can easily tell these two kinds of fats because they are solid at room temperature, and only become liquids when they are heated in some way. These fats will also solidify in your blood vessels, which can cause your blood to flow less effectively. Lower these fats, and you can improve your memory.
